I figured I’d go out and do some nature drawing this morning. What a bad idea that turned out to be!

Oh god, did it follow you home? They're excellent trackers in the snow.

No. Fortunately, I was able to distract it with its favorite food (KFC Famous Bowls), giving me time to escape.

I used my blackest paint, to reflect the blackness of its heart.

I think its nose might be a teeny bit blacker than its eyes.

Great drawing, but not one of Belle and Sebastian's better songs.

What's dangerous about a fat, lazy shark that hates Mondays?

Its beauty is deceiving. Experts now know that this behavior is that of a monster on the hunt. The garflesnark howls to strike fear into every living creature within earshot just to make the game more interesting. What a haunting scene you have captured with your tablet pen. The garflesnark does not hunt for food. The garflesnark hunts for blood.

Ah, I wonder where the rest of his snack is? Garflesnodes are very territorial creatures, you better watch your step.

For ye of little intelligence...

A "snack" of Red-Crested Garflesnodes is a group of them. Although Garflesnodes are usually solitary hunters, they often band together to increase killing efficiency.
