I haven't been able to draw much lately. I really want to paint, and I just bought some new materials because they were on sale at a huge discount, but I just can't get excited about it. I've been under the weather for the past few days, and I think that has a lot to do with it.

That's why I was excited when today I started drawing this!

It's yet another in my lifelong series "Dinosaurs Fighting Robots." There will be a robot in the finished drawing. I haven't yet decided if the robot will have a sword as well. I also don't know if I want to try painting this, because I'm afraid I'll screw it up. But I guess this is the risk you take when danger is your chosen trade.

I was drawing a comic today which I was excited about, then my computer froze halfway through! Now I'm not excited about it anymore. This is what the incident made me feel like:

Hey! Wow. I am at my parents' house, so I have internet access for a little while, slow as it may be. We're expecting installation at the house on Wednesday, so hopefully then I'll be back in full with lots of goodies for you. I hope you like butterscotch candies!

Anyway, I got on today after being completely offline since I posted my last entry on Tuesday. I was shocked and delighted at how many people drew their versions of the text-only Beartato comic. Check them out if you haven't seen them (and even if you have, because I had to unscreen a handful of comments today). Also see this one by John Su, which was sent to me via electronic mail.

Here is a fun game you can play: see if you can guess which comic I think has Reginald acting most true to character. Also see if you can guess which one I have dubbed Most Emotion-Numbingly Violent. While you're at it, see if you can guess which one I think works surprisingly well and has dinosaurs in it. Additional categories are: Best Yelling at a Small Chihuahua; Most Deliciously Bacony; Best Use of Matrix-Style Gymnastics; Most Adorable Beartato Interacting with a Jester; and Most Deserving of the Arthouse Title "Voices of the Dead (Beartato's Haunted Eyes)."

Anyway. I have another fun game we can play, but it will have to wait for a little while. I am still catching up on the Internet, which was somehow still active while I wasn't using it. Plus I just got a haircut so I need to admire myself in a mirror for a few hours. But make no mistake; it's coming. BE READY!

All my stuff is moved over to the new place. I still don't have internet there so I'm at the library right now. People are coughing everywhere and it's horrible.

Since I can't really upload anything from the library, today's comic is text-only. You'll have to imagine the pictures, or draw them yourself.
